Q: What is Tienda Studio?
A: Tienda Studio is a creative DIY workshop and private event venue. We offer a diverse range of workshops open to the public and host private parties and events, including birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, office bonding, and more.

Q: Can I bring my own drinks?
A: Absolutely! We offer drinks for sale, but you're welcome to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). We also provide cups for your convenience.

Q: Are snacks provided during workshops?
A: Snacks are not included unless specified for a special event. You're welcome to bring your own snacks to enjoy during the workshop.

Q: How should I book for a group event?
A: For events that allow multiple participants, such as date night workshops, you only need to book one spot for your entire party. For example, our Date Night Gingerbread House workshop is priced per couple, so you only need to book one table for both of you.

Q: Can I show up for a workshop class without signing up online?
A: We are unable to accommodate walk-ins because most of our workshops require staff to prepare personalized elements ahead of time. These elements cannot be created during the workshop.

Q: The workshop I want to attend is full or I have more guests in my party than there are available spots,
what can I do?
A: We hate for anyone to miss out on the fun! Please email or call the studio to see if we can accommodate you.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We do not offer refunds for cancellations. We prepare materials ahead of time and may not be able to rebook your spot once it's reserved.

Q: What happens if I have to cancel my event booking due to unforeseen circumstances?
A: We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and while we can't provide refunds, we have a solution for you. If you contact us before the end of the event you booked, we'll be happy to put together a special to-go kit for you. This kit will enable you to create your project at home, ensuring you can still enjoy the experience even if you can't make it in person.

Q: Can I choose who I sit with during a public event?
A: Yes, you can! If you have specific people you'd like to sit with at a public event, please specify your preferences when booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Do you offer drop-off classes for kids?
A: No, we do not offer drop-off classes for children. Parents or responsible parties must stay on the premises during workshops to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.

Q: What if I don't finish my project during the class?
A: If you don't complete your project during the workshop, don't worry! We'll provide you with a kit to take home, allowing you to finish your project at your own pace.
