Q: What is Artisans at Tienda Studio?
A: Artisans at Tienda Studio is a one-stop, full service crafting studio for creators at every level. We offer access to equipment and tools needed to create custom products, and a large studio to work in! You can make custom gifts or products to sell, take product photos and list items for sale, and pack/ship your sold products all from one location!

Q: Are there different membership levels?
A: We offer three tiers of memberships - Essentials, Premium, and Professional. Each level includes access to certain equipment, that way you don't have to pay for equipment you won't be using! Please see our "Pricing Plans" page for a detailed list of what is included for each membership tier. 

Q: Can I buy more hours if I utilize all of my membership hours for the month?
A: Absolutely! You can purchase 5 additional hours for $25, or 10 additional hours for $40.

Q: Am I able to reserve equipment for a specific date/time?
A: We are not currently accepting reservations for private use of equipment. Please call the studio in advance if you're concerned about sharing equipment with other members. 

Q: Do I need to make a reservation before I use my hours?

A: No! Your hours are yours to use as you please! We are open Monday through Friday 9AM to 6PM and Saturdays 8AM to 6PM.

Q: I have a large order and would like to rent the Artisans studio for my private use. Is that possible?

A: We are happy to acommodate after hours private access to the Artisans studio! After hour rentals are available M-F 6PM to 12AM, Saturday 6PM - 12AM, and Sundays 8AM to 8PM. Please contact us for private use rates. 

Q: Is there a discount for buying a multi-month membership?
A: We offer a 10% discount on 6+ month memberships paid in full. 

Q: I want to store my supplies at the Artisans studio, how can I do that?

A: We have a limited number of supply box rentals available for $25/mo. Please contact us for availability and more information.

Q: Can I bring my kids with me to work at the Artisans studio?
A: Unfortunately, we have a no children/guests policy. Our equipment is expensive and potentially dangerous; it is too much of a liability to have children, even supervised children, in the Artisans studio. The studio is a shared space and our goal is to provide a quiet, high functioning space for all of our members, free of distractions.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: There is no penalty for cancelling your membership! Simply login to your account and cancel your membership! We do not offer partial refunds, your membership will remain active until the last day of your billing cycle. 

Q: I already know how to use the equipment, do I still need to take the Onboarding Course?
A: Yes! For liability purposes, every new member must complete the one hour onboarding course prior to using any equipment in the studio. We will cover proper use of machines, maintenance requirements, safety information, and general instruction for all equipment included in your selected membership.

Q: Do you offer assistance or other services?

A: Yes! You can hire an assistant to help you with your project OR hire the Tienda Staff to complete specific project tasks for you. Please contact us for more information.
